Ross Boothe
A writer, director, composer, and music producer known for developing values-based works that promote hope and kindness. His work spans projects with many like-minded organizations and artists including Sesame Street, One Voice Children's Choir, The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square, The Piano Guys, and many others. He is a voting member of The Recording Academy and has directed nearly 400 short film projects including mini-docs, music videos, ads, and corporate media. After living for two years among Mexican immigrants in South Texas, Ross undertook film and theatrical assignments in Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, and Chile.

Daren Smith is the founder of Craftsman Films and the producer of Brotherhood. Through Craftsman he is building financing and distribution paths that let independent filmmakers keep ownership of their work, and Brotherhood is the proof of concept for that model. He is the author of Blockbuster, hosts the Truly Independent podcast, and writes "A Producer's Path" for IndieWire.

Liliana Bolaños is an immigration policy analyst whose work is shaped by lived experience and a deep commitment to humanizing the U.S. immigration system. Drawing on more than six years in immigration law, legislative analysis, and community education, she advises organizations on policy impacts, strategic advocacy, and immigrant-centered program development. Liliana's journey, from growing up as an immigrant in Utah to becoming a permanent resident, fuels her mission to expand understanding, elevate minority voices, and advance compassionate, effective reform. She currently contributes her expertise to community organizations, policy committees, and creative projects that highlight the real stories behind immigration.
